Processing & Shipping Times

Order Tracking

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If you encounter any issues, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number. However, if you need assistance, reach out to us.

Address & Shipping Information Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
